Oh, yeah ...  If it looks like you're not getting 4 people per shift,  (this is really only a problem  if its the first shift -- on the same line as the date...) it's because each field where the initials go is only so big (or small should I say) and not all the letters and spaces fit onto one line.  The solution is to make the first letter of each persons name a small letter (instead of a capitol).  If you are still having problems you'll have to resort to a method used by high end scheduling programs (using  a code instead of a name on the request cards)

Salvos:
  By salvos, we mean that you prefer to have people scheduled for bursts of days at a time.  Instead of a day here, a night there, If you select this option, after Scheduler has found a name for a given date, It will look ahead, and try to put that person for the next day (same shift) and the next etc.  for as many days as you specify a Salvo to be.
